Where do I need to make changes so the text that appears in the {category_listbox} is a different color? Currently it's Black and Users can't see the items listed. :/

I need the text to be be white or some other color.

This is not a bug. You must add or change the css class inputbox in your template css file.
Please use next time the support forum before you create here a BUG report.
