Details

If "Confirm license" is set to yes for a download file, a first click on the "download" button display the license.
But after, there is no way to download the file.
Unless I am missing something ?

I think you has activated a older summary layout. So a few placeholders are missed in this layout for this new function.
Please test it with the Standard 1.8 default layout.
