Can't upload files

When I go to upload files I now get this error: Your browser doesn't have html5,flash,gears,silverlight,browserplus,html4 runtime support.

It happens with firefox, chrome & ie edge, flash is set to always activate.

Upload last worked on Jan 20, 2019.
Any help is appreciated

Seems something has changed!!   Could be your web host
In Config - Uploads tab try setting field 'Uploader runtime' to HTML5
