More E-Mail Placeholders

I could also use more E-Mail placeholders.

Specifically, I would use a {category} placeholder in E-Mail Configuration for File Uploads.

How do I insert placeholders in download email layouts for notification like price or category? ?

The Available placeholder variables for E-Mail Configuration for Downloads:
{file_list} {ip_address} {date_time} {user_name} {user_group}
So, I wish to add "Price" and "Category"

Presume you are refering to the email configuration for Uploads.
This email is only notifying when a file has been uploaded - the Download has not yet been created
so adding the Category makes no sense
Or am I misunderstanding you?

I'm sorry, I wrote it wrong. I did not mean the 'File' Uploads function in the backend.

I meant when a user in the front end uses the Add button in category view, I have it send me an email with the new download title and other info, and what file was uploaded. I think this is great! My enhancement request is that I be able to see in the email which category the new Download was put into using 'Add'.
