Joomla Download auch ohne Berechtigung immer im Player möglich

In der Anlage habe ich das Problem einmal als Bild zusammengefasst.

Deejays aus meinen Pool können problemlos die Songs vorhören, downloaden und kommentieren.

Wenn ich jedoch einen Kunden anlege der nur die Feedbacks einsehen soll habe ich ihn für die Downloads gesperrt.

Der Download Button verschwindet dann auch, jedoch kann ich nirgends die 3 Punkte am Player deaktivieren und genau da ist das Problem denn über einen Klick auf die 3 Punkte am Player kann immer ein Download durchgeführt werden auch ohne Berechtigung.

Gibt es eine Lösung für das Problem?

Thanks for the picture.  The 3 vertical dots have been added by your browser  - which I suspect is Google Chrome.
As I said in an earlier response there is nothing that can be done about this - we always recommend using a short preview rather than the full download.  That is there are two 'files' associated with the Download, one is the full version and is the main downloadable file. 

The other is the Preview file.  When you create a Download in either the front end or the backend, there is a section called 'Select Preview File'.
ColinPS I am sure I could help your User Groups Settings - could be that the Ranking value is not set
