SEF Urls

Hello,
Is it possible to have SEF urls with the latest version(3.9.7.3)? What we get at them moment on our links looks like this <domain name>component/jdownloads/?task=download.send&id=877&catid=33&m=0&Itemid=435

Sorry but at the moment the URL-Routing option in jD Options - Front end Tab has not been released.  It has become 'confused' with the upgrade to Joomla! 4.  So it has been rescheduled for V4,
