inactive upload tabs

Hi I was looking for a file sharing solution.
As part of the test, I installed Your solution and there was a problem. I can only enter the basic data from the first tab. The rest of the tabs are inactive. By clicking on them, nothing happens, and hence. I cannot transfer any files.
