News:

Support for jDownloads 3 has been ended
Since 17 August 2023 Joomla.org has discontinued support for Joomla 3.x. Therefore, we will no longer offer official support for our Joomla 3 jDownloads version 3.9.x from January 2024.
Please update your website to the latest Joomla version (Joomla 4 or Joomla 5) as soon as possible. Afterwards, please update jDownloads to the latest published version. The longer you delay, the more difficult the upgrade process for your website is likely to be.

Hi
I have loggedin to your site and set up a new super user with name ColinM but same password as before.

Your site is multilingual site with Italian and English languages installed.  But it is not using the Multilingual features so it is a bit inbetween :-\
I will see what happenens with  setting up the modules.

Hi
Have looked at your site --- see notes below
*******************************************
You have 3 warnings
No PHP temporary Folder
Upload size bigger than post size
Small maximum POST size

These need to be attended to ASAP
Would need FTP access to resolve.
--------------------------------------------------------

Also site is multilingual as it has both Italian and English Languages installed but you have not enabled the multilingual features as you do not need them.
This is a combination I have not met before!!!
------------------------------------------------------------------
Will see how the Modules look

Also could not find the location of the List All jDownloads Categories menu item - now found under name Volley S3 name.  Seems to be working AOK

You had a trashed menu item so to cleanup I have emplied trash
With Module jD Latest I have also set it to show on menu item Beach V and main

Notice that in your site the module position at the right is sidebar-r

In jD Latest & Top the Category pulldown does not list the categories.  Hmmm!
But jDownloads Most Recently Downloaded is OK

I have resolved  2 warning
Upload size bigger than post size
Small maximum POST size
but I was unable to resolve third warning (No PHP temporary Folder) i send  u a PM with the FTP access

Is Italian site and I don't know joomla 4 installations only in Italian!!!
I installed jdownloads in a fresh installation of joomla 4 with no framework and no other extensions. The module problem is always the same. No category list. The problem is definitely not the multilingual.

In jD Latest & Top the Category pulldown does not list the categories.  Hmmm!
But jDownloads Most Recently Downloaded is OK
nothing new is the problem!!!
A module work, other no I think the problem is the modules...
For the ability to choose the categories in the modules is essential, that's why I use jdownlads and not other extensions
