News:

Support for jDownloads 3 has been ended
Since 17 August 2023 Joomla.org has discontinued support for Joomla 3.x. Therefore, we will no longer offer official support for our Joomla 3 jDownloads version 3.9.x from January 2024.
Please update your website to the latest Joomla version (Joomla 4 or Joomla 5) as soon as possible. Afterwards, please update jDownloads to the latest published version. The longer you delay, the more difficult the upgrade process for your website is likely to be.

Just updated from
com_jdownloads_4_0_21_beta to
com_jdownloads_4_0_22_stable

I disabled the module

Excellent work on the success of getting to a stable version. Thank you. Also, I do not understand why I am getting a forum formatted this way in English. added screenshot using Google Chrome translator and able to figure out reading and posting forum for translator to English in Firefox.

Hi
Suggest you update to jD 4.0.24 which is availabe at https://www.jdownloads.com
or directly
https://www.jdownloads.com/index.php/downloads/category/6-jdownloads.html

I have been using the admin stats module AOK on the jD Control panel

Yes. I have the latest update. Version 3.9.8.7 -> 4_0_21_beta -> 4_0_22_stable -> 4_0_24_stable

Other extensions have had problems with transition in Joomla 4 and I found a solution on Joomla' tracker issues by deleting the /administrator/cache/autoload_psr4.php. This was not a solution for with jDownloads.

This weekend I will attempt to restore the 3.9x on a clean Joomla install, then install the jD 4.0.24 update. If all goes well, I can use backup tool to restore the live site admin stats.

Please wait on 4.0.25 which comes later today.
Or use for the moment the attached and corrected admin stats module.

By the way, when you get this error it could anything be wrong with your jDownloads DB table (jdownloads_files). Please compare the structure with the default in /sql/install.mysql.utf8.sql
