Creating Download in Front End causes CAPTCHA msg - [Fixed in 4.0.38]

Using Joomla 4.4.1 - jD4.0.36 - PHP 8.2.4
When trying to create a download in the front end it first shows the message as below

Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property Joomla\Registry\Registry::$show_urls_images_frontend is deprecated in site\libraries\vendor\joomla\registry\src\Registry.php on line 939

After adding a title and a downloadable file it gave messages about CAPTCHA items.  CAPTCHA was not selected in the User Group settings but was enabled in Joomla as below
(1)Captcha - reCaptcha Plugin enabled and valid codes
(2) The user Manager Captcha Option has CAPTCHA - RECAPTCHA specified
(3) The Global Configuration Site tab option Default Captcha was also set to: reCAPTCHA-CAPTCHA

Turning off the the Global Config site tab option removed the two CAPTCHA error message
And the new Download was created OK
but CAPTCHA cannot now be used in articles or similar

PS When CAPTCHA is enabled in User Group settings all is well.
