Active Hotlinking Protection - error

if actived Hotlinking protection after click to link from email for examaple
/downloads?task=download.send&id=12032:info-2-2024&catid=277
is redirect to page
/component/jdownloads/categories?Itemid=3281#page=3

with error
Class "JDownloads\Component\JDownloads\Administrator\Helper\CategoriesHelper" not found

Hi
Hotlink protection is a CPanel function
When you set up Hot linking you need to list those sites that are tha Allowed Referers such as below - note set all forms of the link! And of course the image types

http://jd-your-test-site.com
http://www.jd-your-test-site.com
https://jd-your-test-site.com
https://www.jd-your-test-site.com

Protected Extensions:

jpg,jpeg,gif,png,bmp

Could you advise to which type of email you are reffering.
Could you also confirm you had hotlink protection set up in your CPanel for all 4 types of link.
Generally please send me more details.
