Support for jDownloads 3 has been ended
Since 17 August 2023 Joomla.org has discontinued support for Joomla 3.x. Therefore, we will no longer offer official support for our Joomla 3 jDownloads version 3.9.x from January 2024.
Please update your website to the latest Joomla version (Joomla 4 or Joomla 5) as soon as possible. Afterwards, please update jDownloads to the latest published version. The longer you delay, the more difficult the upgrade process for your website is likely to be.

"Es gibt einen Fehler beim Hochladen dieser Datei auf den Server. Es kann kein Installationspaket gefunden werden." Mit dieser Meldung bricht der Versuch der Installation der Beta für J3.2 via J-Installer auf einem lokalen J3.2.3 ab (Serverplattform ist XAMPP 1.8.0 mit PHP 5.4.4). JDownloads wird neu installiert, kein Update.

Hi,
dies ist kein Bug sondern dein php.ini Wert für Dateiuploads (upload_max_filesize) ist zu niedrig eingestellt.
Leider ist zumeist bei lokalen xampp Server hierfür nur 2MB eingestellt. Und die Datei ist halt größer... also erhöhen, Server neu starten und nochmal installieren.  ;)

Ich finde im übrigen diese Joomla Fehlermeldung sehr irreführend. Aber da kann man wohl nix machen.
