Upgrade to 1.9.2.11

Rather stupidly I had a site still with 1.9.2.6 (I think). I just installed the 1.9.2.11 package over the top the old one. It seems to have worked, but I did get a few messages that folder already exists and other messages. It said upgrade successful though. Was I supposed to have uninstalled the old version first? Has my upgrade worked properly even though latest version message says v1.9.2.11 installed?

Please note that the support for the old jD series has ended.
So you should update to the new series 3.2.
