Force category box on upload form

Hi Colin,

I was just hoping it wasn't necessary to have to create separate menu items for uploading, but that works a treat, thanks.

With the old version for joomla 2.5 it was a lot easier, we just allocated the users to the category they were to have access to (for upload or download)
