Users can Upload but not edit their files

Users get a 404 page when trying to edit their fikes. at the bottom it has this:
You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#262).

Need a bit more info please.  Almost certainly related to permissions and/or User Groups Settings.  May need Admin access to understand.

Solved. Javascript conflict caused the problem. Not caused by jDownload.
