Installation Errors

Hi everyone,

I would like to start off by thanking you for this wonderful tool, unfortunately i can't get past the installation process. I'm trying to install on local host(XAMPP) running joomla 3.4.5 but I keep getting a sql related error

Can't create table `xxxxxxxxxxxxxx`.`hq6xv_jdownloads_config` (errno: 165 "Table is read only") SQL=CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `hq6xv_jdownloads_config` ( `id` int(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, `setting_name` varchar(64) NOT NULL DEFAULT '', `setting_value` text NOT NULL, PRIMARY KEY (`id`) ) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8;

What could be the issue?

Hi,
it seems that your local installation is not correct.
Create a new folder for another Joomla installation and also a new database.
Try it then again. Otherwise use a xampp forum...

This is not really a jDownloads issue and not a bug.
