Hi
I have used Google Translate to understand your query  as my German is only god for travel and restaurants!
You have upgraded to v45 but now have a 'not authorised to download' or similar message.

Could you please advise what was the previous version?
The problem sounds like it is the Permissions settings.

Hi

Hi

The user can download anything
Error message is: "You are not authorized to make this operation."
But they have to get all the rights for which they may download it?
We have yet no update gemacht.Wir have the latest version downloaded and all downloads or documents uploaded again (without update)

Hi
You need to give the Public User Group permission to download.
The easiest way to do this if ALL your Downloads are to be Public is as follows.

First as a precaution reset the Permissions relating to jDownloads Categoriess  & Downloads

Go to jDownloads Control panel and click on Tools
Select the Reset Category Permissions, then repeat with Reset Downloads permissions.

Go to jDownloads Control Panel again  and click on Options button in the top tool bar
This will open up with the Public permissions (technically at the Component level).
Go to the Download line an change the Inherited to Allowed.  Then SAVE as it does not become permanent until the save.

The Categories and the Downloads will then inherit the Permission so that anyone will be able to Download

Hi
In your second picture in the part which you have outlined in red there is the warning "konflict".
This tells us there is a permissions error. Probably somewhere the permission for Download is set somewhere as 'Deny'.

Noticed you are looking at Registered User Group - you need to see what is set in Public UG - see attached pic

Hi
Glad we got there and problem is solved.  And thank you for you kind remark.
The Joomla! permissions systemis very good but can be "challenging".
Colin
PS It would help us if you could give  a top rating on the Joomla! JED
go to http://extensions.joomla.org/
Log in or Register
Browse Extensions - select top rated
In Search Bar search for jDownloads
When search results appear click in jDownloads icon (it will change to text as you move cursor over).
This takes you to the main jDownloads page in the JED
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extension/directory-a-documentation/downloads/jdownloads
Scroll down until you see tab 'Reviews'. If you click on it you can see other reviews.
To add your own review and click on the 'Write a review' button which is just to right and below the 'Reviews' Tab.
This takes you to the first page of the Write Review, so click on the Continue Button.
This brings up the actual review form where you can give short comments and use slider bars for ratings, which we hope are as high as possible!
