You have updated from 4.0.6 to 4.0.7?

I cannot reproduce it here and also not on a server. 

And what shall be the:
99-0-1-com-jdownloads-custom-fields ?

That seems not to be anything from jDownloads. Maybe a third-party extension?

I make an new fresh joomla (latest version)
I instal jDownloads 4.0.6
This works fine

Witout removing 4.0.6 is updated to 4.0.7 and i get a error on te install page

I remove 4.0.6 and after that i install 4.0.7 and i get no error on te install page
All works fine.

You get the same message as AGV? If yes, have you an idea from which Joomla part can be this this message?
I have it tested now again locally and on the server (4.0.6 to 4.0.7) but cannot reproduce it.

I tested 4.0.6 on a local MAMP server with a old php (7.1.x)
and there were problems

I tested 4.0.7 on a local MAMP server with php (8.1)
all works fine

so i think the php give some problems
