Downloads only visible to Administrators after upgrading Joomla to Joomla 4

All downloads are invisible to registered users and public except super user and administrator. I had set all access level of categories and downloads to public,and also I had reset all categories and downloads permissions,even I uninstalled the Jdownload include data and then reinstall it, the problem still exists. Could anyone find what is the problem? Thanks

Hi,
Please check the main permissions in the jD options.
This should be for public user group on allowed (when all user groups may download all files), or on inherited (when you want to use different download permissions on category or download level). See als documentation.

This sounds to me as if you have set a permission to 'deny' - this causes many unforseen effects.
