"category" as a required field in uploads does not work - [Fixed in 3.2.5]

* front end view
* add a new upload without selecting a category
* hit "save"

expected:
* an error message saying that a category must be chosen

current:
* one of the root categories is chosen automatically

what are in this case your settings in the User Groups settings for the used user group?
See settings for category field.

When you have also created a menu type like 'Create Diwnload', check the menu options for category selection.

* usergroup settings are too confusing, I dont know which settings are applied when the user is in multiple user groups
* 'Create Download' is set to a different category than the one that gets automatically assigned

There is simply an empty default value missing in the cat drop down I'd say.

Perhaps should i change it in this way. But i will test here a little bit more before i can do it. 
So i hope i can add it in the beta 3.2.5 in the next days.
