I run monitoring manually

Back end > jdownloads control panel - tab: Status > click "Check Download area now." > popup:

Quote
Downloads area check started... Please wait.
Checking the Download archive may take some time. This depends on the number of stored files and categories.

First step: Searching for new jDownloads folders...

Checked Directories: 60

Second step: Checking all published jDownloads categories (folders)...

Third step: Searching for new jDownloads files...

Warning: DateTime::setTimezone() expects parameter 1 to be DateTimeZone, string given in /libraries/joomla/date/date.php on line 398

Fatal error: Class 'JDHelper' not found in /administrator/components/com_jdownloads/tables/download.php on line 62

New folder is added as a category, but the file inside is not.
Is there a way to add download manually by choosing the file from the server? My file is to large to be uploaded by php.

- Joomla! 3.3.6
- jDownloads 3.2.16
- PHP 5.4.4-14+deb7u11, MySQL 5.1.49-3-log

One or two. Oh, and it happens since one of the last updates - I'm not quite sure which one - I guess 3.2.14 was still working.
