Hi,

I migrate JDownloads 1.9.1.6 Stable to 2.5.18 Beta (joomla 2.5) and time later Migrate Joomla 2.5.27 to 3.3.6.

How update JDownloads 2.5.18 beta to 3.2.18 Beta?

Backup jDownloaders Settings.
remove jDownloader
Upgrade to joomla 3.x
Install jDownloader

Normaly you should not restore your settings, cause on remove jDownloader database will not removed
