create a category and subcategory in uploads

Good morning , I wonder like leaving a User create a category and also a sub-category from time to upload files.

Hi,
Not sure I quite understand you suggestion.  Are you asking that it would be good if a user can create a Category and maybe a sub-category from front end?
There are lots of implications such as setting permissions and access levels.  Would be easier if not a top level category as then it would pick up from the parent category.

Maybe you could expand a bit on your request.
