Joomla-style drag-and-drop sort

Could you PLEASE implement drag-and-drop sorting like Joomla and so many other components have? It's so much easier; I always have issues teaching people how to sort things using the old Mambo-style sorting!

This will be a part from the new features in jD 3.7 and shall be published at the end from this year.
