Hi
If I understand correctly you have your Joomla! site with jD installed on a server called say "www.h007-site.com" but the files to be downloaded are on a server called say "www.h007-cloudflare.com".

Just for Clarity a Download comprises many parts including thing like name, symbol, description and the file to be downloaded. The file to be downloaded is usually on the same site as your main Joomla! but it may be on an External server.

I assume you mean you have changed the jD Config - Download tab - "Upload Directory Path" to point to the cloudflare site.  This will not work.  Please set back to original ( it is usually like the Joomla! Global Config - site settings - log path except with jdownloads instead of log)

If that is true then you create the Download itself on "www.h007-site.com" but you do not use the "Select Main File" but you put a direct link to the file in the "External File Link" field and set the "File in External website" field to Yes.

If I have misunderstood please advise more.

tnx for your reply

For some reason, i have to use www.cloudflare.com

Now when i change my original host dns to cloudflar dns i face with problem just in downloading by jdoawloads,

my files is in the storage host or external host,

if i set the "External File Link" field and set the "File in External website" field to Yes; then users can see the files links

and that is problem

Hi
Still not sure I understand.  Please what do you mean by 'dns'.

Also when you say the users can see the links on cloudflare do you mean they see them OK but cannot Download?  If that is the case it is likely that the files to be downloaded or their containing directories do not have the correct 'file' permission on Cloudflare to let the world read them.  Basically files need 644 and directories need 755 - these are often referred to as chmod permissions.
