remove/hide information box under downloads

HI There,
I need to hide the information box under the downloads on a page, but cannot see in the configuration settings how this can be done, can you help please?

Hi,
- go to the layouts (pic 1)
- activate the marked layout on pic 2
- see result on pic 3

Alternate could you change the layout self. But this is only useful when you cannot use a default layout.
