Question about Black background ?

When I generate thumbnails from PDF files, they are generated with a black background and are therefore unreadable.
Where can I please fix it?

Hello,I have no Idea what here could be the reasons. Can you see the hint in the jD configuration that the Imagick module is present?
Please understand that this php module is not from us. So we cannot really help when user has basicly problems with it. Maybe can you try to find a solution via Google. Have you tried this with your problem description?
