Error when wanting to view files in Control Panel

I get the following error when I want to view files from the control panel:
DateTime::__construct(): Failed


to parse time string (1313-0808-2017201720172017) at position 7 (0): Unexpected character

I understand not really what you mean. Please describe it more in  detail. Also a Screenshot would be useful.

When I click on "Files" from jDownloads Control Panel, I get the error as per attached images. I don't have any access to my files.
