Content Plugin Probleme mit Startdatum

Ich lasse mit folgndem Befehl in einem Beitrag die Ergebnisse anzeigen:
{jd_file onlinelayout==Wettkampf}{jd_file category==5}

Dabei hat ein Beitrag ein Startdatum der in der Zukunft liegt (ID 34)

Jetzt erscheint im Beitrag im Frontend die Fehlermeldung:
Der Download ID=34 exisitert nicht!

Dabei dürfte der Download noch nicht angezeigt werden.

I have reproduced the problem!! 
If the Download is not published then jD gives a message like 'Cannot find the download. ID=31'. Do not think this can be stopped but will look further as this seems to me to be a bug that needs fixing
