Layout of Search Results

Hi jDownloads,





I've searched high and low for some way to change the way search results appear.  To date, I've found nothing.  Perhaps I missed it, or glanced over it, but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. 

How do I change the layout of the screen that results of files after a search?  Rather than just showing a numbered list, I want something more eye-catching.  Perhaps a grid layout with the default PDF file logo, or a bar that shows something similar to what I have attached.

You are right, it would be better if one could have a 'customisable layout' for the search results.But reget not there at the moment!  The pic you have shown is quite similar to the info section of the Compact Downloads layouts

However maybe this could be added in the jD3.9 development cycle.Some thoughtsPresently we have layouts for the search form that allow either horizontal or vertical layout.  These could be improved a bit further.A new class of layouts called perhaps 'Layout Results' could be created to allow own styling.  These would generally be single line or perhaps two line.  Maybe they could support tags!
