After an update, no more downloads are displayed! What should I do?

After an update, no more downloads are displayed in the frontend! Only the empty categories. What should I do?

Up to version 4.0.26 it could happen that this problem occurred after a jDownloads update from version 3.9.x. This was due to incorrect values in the data field 'publish_down' in the table #__jdownloads_files.

Users who experience this behaviour should therefore update to the latest version. This should fix the problem. This can then be checked in the installation log in the control centre. See pic.
