Cannot add User Group jD4.0.27 - [Not reproducible]

In jD 4.0.27 a new User Group did not appear correctly in User Group Settings.
Image User-Group-New.png shows a new user group, TestUG, was created - also retried when it had a user allocated.
User-Groups01.png shows TestUG in the jD User Groups Setting - note it has no ranking included.

User-Groups02.png shows the detail view of TestUG - note it has no name
User-Groups03.png shows the error message when trying to save

Tried setting the 'importance' field in the jd usergroups-limits table but no effect

I must say that I have never test this part with jD 4. 

It should be only a simple bug. So I will check and fix it quickly.

Hi,
I have now tested this with jD 4.0.27 (PHP 8.1).

Result:
- when I create a new user group and go afterwards to the jDownloads User Groups Settings, the new group is listed correctly
- also the amount of members of the group is correct
- when I open this, I have a title as expected
- I can also change and save anything
- so for me seems all to be correct
