I don't know whether to disable, uninstall or install the latest version of JD

I have Joomla! 3.10.11 Stable

Before updating Joomla 4 an alert appears to jDownloads of a possible update problem.

What should I do here? can i install jDownloads the latest version (4) while running joomla 3.10.11? I'm afraid of losing everything and I don't want to uninstall the current one.
