Error 404 when downloading a file [RESOLVED]

Hello, When I want to download a file I get this error, but locally things are fine.
0 - Class "JDownloads\Component\JDownloads\Administrator\Helper\CategoriesHelper" not found

The user was able to solve this problem:

before activating the debug I reinstalled Jdownloads, and the download succeeded.

So the earlier installation does not seem to have been completely correct.
