Why is this image bigger then the rest how can i make it the same size?

Why is this image bigger then the rest how can i make it the same size? And not change the size on the new image on the new uploads.

Also the image on the download details page same size as the smaller ones on the other page.

It just automatically resized it when i uploaded the download image.
