jDownloads and Joomla5

There seems to be some "challenges" between Joomla 5 and jDownloads.
Amongst these are User Groups Settings and the Content Plugin in Joomla Articles

This has now been identified as a fundemental change in Joomla 5.2.5 which has affected many Components and similar.

Whoops - it was 5.2.4 that introduced the change so if you can go bak to 5.2.3
