Which platform is easy to use Joomla or Drupal?

In my view Joomla is the better option. I find there is more help and flexibility with Joomla. At the end of the day it is the one you are most comfortable with!

easy? if you know how to set up database, connect and install drupal/joomla you should be able to do the same to any other cms. they are both very basic systems.
