News:

Support for jDownloads 3 has been ended
Since 17 August 2023 Joomla.org has discontinued support for Joomla 3.x. Therefore, we will no longer offer official support for our Joomla 3 jDownloads version 3.9.x from January 2024.
Please update your website to the latest Joomla version (Joomla 4 or Joomla 5) as soon as possible. Afterwards, please update jDownloads to the latest published version. The longer you delay, the more difficult the upgrade process for your website is likely to be.

Try code it with HTML5, if it works with IE then it will also work with chrome.

@Devilicious
Which version of IE are you using?
Also what does it look like in Firefox
The cause is likely to be the css being used.  You may need to set the picture sizes explicitly in the style statement.

Alternatively you may need to set up a class and include it in a css file that is under your control (to avoid havin to change it every time you update!)
If it is a general problem then any styling could be in a jDownloads css file.  Just for reference one thing being considered after we get tio stable versions is to use class statements in the Layouts, with the possibility of an 'own' custom.css that gets loaded if present so people can insert their own styling rules.  But these are not this year!

If you could PM me the site address I may be able to look in more detail
