Hello,

When I choose several files to download at one time, I get a list of the files, and a checkbox to agree to the license, but no license is displayed so they can read the license. It shows up on a single download, but not when they are selecting more than one file at a time.

Thank you for any assistance.

Hi
As well as setting in the upload form (see pic Licence00.png) you also have set in the relevant User Group Settings, the 'downloaders' user group - see pic Licence01.png
The result is then like pic Licence02.png

Your photos only show the license with perhaps a link to the appropriate license? and there is no link on my site to the license next to each document as there appears to be in your pic - they are just text saying which license the download is related to, but no way to read the license conditions before downloading, as in the picture below the license is available to read (1st pic). I cannot expect the customer to check a button agreeing to conditions they cannot access to read.

NEW ISSUE as well (see 2nd pic).  I now am getting an error that the files cannot be zipped when choosing several to download. Had no issues with this yesterday and have not worked on the site since then til now.  - FIXED Cleared the site cache and this is now working again. Not sure what the problem was, but the first problem remains.

Thanks for your assistance.

Hi
First can you confirm that you are able to get multiple downloads.
Second that if you choose licences such as my example then they appear as links where I had the links.

I think you have your own licence. Is that correct?

Are you requesting that all licences are shown with a link or you want to see them all in full?  The first is possible but I doubt showing in full in the multpile download case.

Hello,

Yes the multiple downloads are working currently.

Yes I am using my own license. There is only one license for all documents, which I have chosen in each document as I added them. In your example, it appears they there is a link to the license after the document name (yours is in blue, which I believe means it's linked), whereas with mine, there is no link to any license anywhere, so they cannot read it before downloading.

Thank you

Hi
Basically you add the link when you create the licence.  It is best created as an HTMl doc.  When created load the file onto some convenient place on your web site such as
"<site>/licence/newlicence.html"

Then use Licences on Control Page.  See pics below.
