sending e-mail notification when changing a download

I used to be able to send yes/no an email-notification when making a change to a download (using Joomla 2.5.24)
Now on 3.3.6 I don't seem to be able to find the equivalent inputfield.

Can you please point me out where to look for it?

Hi,
you use a very old jDownloads version.
The current version is 3.2.36. So please update it very soon.

In jDownloads exist only the options in the jD configuration (TAB: E-Mails).
So i have not an idea what you had used previous for it.
