downloaded file is open in browser as text [Solved - 'other' plugin problem]

i´ve got an error/ problem with the downloads after i agree the  the terms of the download and start the ownload i come to a page which looks like my screenshot. i think the pros of you know what the problem is. i checked many times the configuration but i don´t find it out. may be you can help me with this problem. thanks tim

Here a short info for other users which have a problem like this:
- we had found out that the user above had installed a template which used the 'Helix Framework Plugin' from JoomShaper
- when this plugin was activated it was not more possible to download files correctly (see pic above)
- when deactivated, all works again properly.  

The user has now contacted the developer from this plugin.
