Problem with showing categories in different menus

Hi,

I have wired problem with showing jdownloads categories in different menus.
Situation I want to have:

2 columns layout:
Content | Menu

Each menu is different module - I set module position to the correct menu.

Main menu:
   - Link 1
   - Link 2
   - jDownloads All Categories
      - Test category
         - 2015
         - 2014
         - 2013
      - Test category 2

User menu
   - Link 1
   - Link 2
   - jDownloads Single category (Test category)

I want to have:
When I'm in All categories after I click on Test category I want to see subcategories and Main menu on the right.
When I'm in User menu after I click on single category link I want to see subcategories and User menu on the right.

Now I have:
When I'm in All categories after I click on Test category I see subcategories and User menu on the right.      - Incorrect
When I'm in User menu after I click on single category link I see subcategories and User menu on the right.      - Correct

Can you tell me how to achieve it?

Think this is a Joomla! thing not a jDownloads issue.  Would help understand better if you posted some screen shots
