downloaded with 0 bytes

First thank you for this software that I am currently testing .
I downloaded several video files placed via FTP to a folder on my site. I could then see and download from JDownloader page.
For a few days it is impossible to properly download the new file I place in the FTP.
They are downloaded with 0 bytes. Even if I place one of the first files that it can be downloaded easily. But the setting is exactly the same .

Could you advise which version of jDownloads and of Joomla! please.  Excuse all the questions.

Did you say it used to work but then downloads became were 0 bytes long?

When you FTP the files to where do you FTP them?

Is Auto monitoring active or is is manually initiated from the jD control panel?

Have you set them to be automatically published?

Are the Downloads publicly available?

What file types do you have permitted in jD Config - Uploads?
What file types have you allowed in User Groups Settings?

Hello,
I still can not do what I want with Jdomnload
When I try to insert a file it does not take me. The download will always display the value 0 octetes for the downloaded file.
In fact one small test file is downloaded , it is only a few MB. If a file is 40 MB or more , it does not accept it .

If you are using very large files then you need to check the server limits, specifically the php settings "upload_max_filesize" - this is commonly just 8Mbytes - and also "post_max_size" which is often 20Mb.

Actually with very big files it is often better to upload using ftp to the target category, and the do a manual 'auto monitor' from the control panel. Advise you set Auto monitor off in Config.

The bottom ddu pass word and the one above are white and the characters are white .

With the current question it would help me if you started it as a new topic please.
There is obviously a clash with your Template. To find the problem could you PM the address of your web site and indicate which page please.  Will I need front end login?  Do not need backend login.
