News:

Support for jDownloads 3 has been ended
Since 17 August 2023 Joomla.org has discontinued support for Joomla 3.x. Therefore, we will no longer offer official support for our Joomla 3 jDownloads version 3.9.x from January 2024.
Please update your website to the latest Joomla version (Joomla 4 or Joomla 5) as soon as possible. Afterwards, please update jDownloads to the latest published version. The longer you delay, the more difficult the upgrade process for your website is likely to be.

So all users can download any file in your download area?

You have restored the backup in the same Jommla environment?

It is possible, that you can send me via PM a download link to your backup file?
Then i can test it here and can see what is wrong.

I transfer to another website but with exactly joomla version which is the latest v3.4
Almost all the files upload with me which any my joomla is id #769
So the new site have same group , same group id , same admin id which is 769

So there is missing ?

Is perhaps i must put same permission of jdownloads of the old site ?

I will give you access admin to my administrator , is that ok ?

Thanks Arno for your help

Yes, you can do this (via PM) but the backup file would also very, very important for me.

That is not the problem. But when you restore it on another page, what for permission settings have you here for the jDownloads component (jD control panel options button)?
This base settings would not be restored...

Thanks for the backup file.
I have now found out, that some from your Downloads have not a dataset in the 'assets' table from Joomla.
Permissions can not work in this case. So you must check this manually.
But only for this which have not a download button in frontend.
This should you open and save it in backend. After this exist also for this Downloads a valid dataset
.

What have you get for a (results) message at the end from the restoration process? Any errors here?

I will test later today your backup file and the restoration process here.

The restoration process must be terminated correct.
When you get timeouts you must set higher the server settings and try it again.
I have used for your backup file for max_execution_time 240 seconds  (see pic1). This has worked for me (see result pic2).

It is not possible to import 1000 Downloads in only 30 or 60 seconds.
