ich habe in den Benutzergruppen-Einstellungen das Anzeigen des Symbols zum Erstellen neuer Downloads aktiviert, im Frontend wird es aber nicht angezeigt. Was habe ich übersehen?

Hi Colin,

I'm still using the superusers group. I'm still setting up the system and there aren't any other users for the moment.
The ranking value in the group setting is 100.

Please check in User Group Settings that the "Display add/upload icon" is ticked. see pic attached.

Another remote possibility is that you have set a Deny permission somewhere - just tried that but super user status prevails
