Trying to get Custom Field to show

I have created a custom field to collect the name of the PUBLIC who download a form.

I have created the field and activated at the public level but it does not show anywhere.

How do i get the field to appear as part of the user download. Please see the attached images.



I have the current Joomla version 3.4.4 and JDownloads version 3.2.37

To view a custom data field in the frontend you must insert his placeholder in the "Files" or/and "Details" layout.
See screenshot from the "Details" layout description in layout manager.
