ReCaptcha not displaying [Solved]

I updated to Version 3.2.37 and cannot get the captcha (No Captcha - ReCaptcha) to display.  Only the Continue button displays on the download page.    I read the FAQ and it looks like I have everything setup correctly.  The captcha is working elsewhere on the site.  Any help would be appreciated.

Can you double check that you have set the  the View Captcha field in the Group Settings tab to Yes for the relevant User GroupIf the user you are testing with belongs to multiple user groups then it must be set in the UG  with the highest ranking of those UGs to which the user belongs.

I have it set to Yes for the
Public UG and No for everyone else.  I only care that those that are not logged into the site must do the captcha.

Having looked as you say the Continue button appears but for some unknown reason the re-capture itself does not appear. Strange
I was attempting to download Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec Pack      Size: 367.72 KB
There is as very small one character width section that one can highlight, with difficulty.
For some reason the code is not being generated.

Do you have an active menu item for List All Cats somewhere?

Are <iframes> disabled?

Which theme are you using in Captcha-recaptcha? Please try the Dark one - but unlikely to resolve

Could you check that your Summary Layout is like the following please

 I had the "No Captcha - ReCaptcha" plugin enabled, not the "Captcha - ReCaptcha" plugin.  I enabled that plugin as well and all is working now.
