Delete downloads link (front end) and control download area [Solved]

Hi,
I have Joomla 3.4.8 and jDownloads 3.2.41 with 1849 downloads and 419 categories.
The problem is in the front end, when I click on the delete button to delete the download, redirect me on the /index.php/all and it want to show me all the downloads. The problem is, and I don't know why, I get blank page. So, to workaround this, I want to know if there's a way to change the link to all downloads instead a link that redirect me to the same category where's the file that I deleted.

The second problem is that I receive this error when I want to scan
It seems to be a theme problem, but I don't know why it could be happen...

Yes, this is normal.

This is not possible without to change the source code.

I have no idea what the 'GANTRY5_THEME_LOADING_FAILED' message shall be.
This message comes from your template not from jDownloads.
Get you the same message when you run the control panel from jD? See the TAB Monitoring Log.
Try it also here again with acivated debug option.

Ok I tried now with Debug on and Maxium error report. In the page of all downloads I get one random errors of these two:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4128 bytes) in /home/web/mysite.com/libraries/joomla/access/rules.php on line 105
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77 bytes) in /home/web/mysite.com/libraries/joomla/database/driver/mysqli.php on line 567

For the scan problem I get this error, it seems template problem, but I don't know what it means:

You should set higher the memory_limit option in php.ini. Use maybe 256M.

It could be a special plugin or a special option in your template settings.

I use the Gantry 5 Hydrogen.
The scan has ever work, maybe it can be 2/3 days that doesn't work. Meanwhile I installed some plugin/component/modules, but I don't know how these can infect the scan/template... I didn't modify anything.

I try set higher the memory limit and I'll report

You should create a backup via jD backup tool from time to time. Just for safety.

Hm... seems that i must check what the gantry.php does here. But i need more time for it and must now away for some hours.

For the problem of the all downloads I found the problem, or maybe a solution: It's the module of contact form inserted in another module via NoNumber Modules Anywhere, if I deactivate it the page works. So I try another solution instead the php memory limit.

For the other problem I see later if I have time, but probably my mistake, I don't know if I simply deleted the log some days ago and I didn't scan in these days (and so I see nothing in TAB Monitoring Log), or beacuse the scan doesn't work and can't log anything.

If it's possible to deactivate the TAB Monitoring Log, how can I reactivate it? I don't remember.

EDIT I tried to create a folder in download area, run the scan, get the error without say the result, go to the front end and I see the category succesfully created. So, I think, it could be only a "graphic" problem of the scan. Nothing in TAB Monitoring Log, don't remember why doesn't work, and I don't remember where and if there's an option related to.

Note If this is deactivated some aspects of User Groups Setting will not work.

I have a little bit checked the problem with the auto monitoring. For me is this not a jDownloads problem then nothing else has a problem like yours.

So i'm sure that here must be the reason your Gantry template. Maybe a plugin like the gantry system plugin. You can try to change the setting on the pic below, but i am not sure that this will really help.

Try to activate, uploaded some files, modify some existing file, deleted some (in front end), do the Scan but still empty TAB Monitoring Log.

Try to activate the parameters of your image, try to scan with LOG activated, but in the Scan the error remains and still no LOG.


For the all downloads page problem I set 256M memory_limit in php.ini and the page works but it takes 5-10 seconds to load and load only about 200 downloads instead 1800 that are actual.
Problem solved with paginated files visualization.
