i cant change layouts after upgrading

i cant change layouts after upgrading

i want to change layout to 3.2 but i get redirect to layout home page after selecting and clicking on layout bottom

for example

redirect from here

site.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_jdownloads&view=templates&type=5
or
site.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_jdownloads&view=templates&type=3

to here

site.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_jdownloads&view=layouts

To change to another layout then click on the checkbox beside the Layout Name, then click on the Activate button in the tool bar.
You need to activate a layout in Categories, Category, Files, Details, Summary and Search.

The only special case is selecting the Paginated Subcategories layout in Categories.  In this case you need to edit each paginated Subcategory type.
For layout "Standard Categories Layout for paginated Subcategories 3.2" ensure field "Use for Subcategories?" is set to 'Yes', then Save & Close.
For all other 'paginated' Subcategories ensure set to 'No'  then Save & Close.
Usually the only other one is "Standard Categories Layout for paginated Subcategories".
