Hi
I presume you are using the latest released version of jD using Joomla! 3.x.  I understand that you do not want to show the "acceptance" message generated by your Content - Disclaimer.  It maybe that your Summary Layout has an explicit call to that plugin.  Alternatively have you included an explicit reference to that plugin as part of a Licence?

Which Content Disclaimer plugin are you using?
As this concerns the Summary then because of the circumstances I suggest you use the export facility in the Summary Layouts page in the backend.  Select the Active summary layout.  This will create an xml file. So put that file in a zip and include in a post or send to me via PM.

Hi
It does look like the Stanard one but there are other parts!!
To export  in back end go to Layouts, select Summary layouts.  Click on tick box next to the one that is Active.  Then on tool bar at top there is a Export Button, so click on that and it will download an xml file.  Put that file into a zip and add to post

Hi
Thanks for all the info.  There is no way in jD to stop this item from appearing as it is very invasive! :(
So I tried another similar Content Disclaimer
http://www.terrywcarter.com/joomla-extensions/plugins/simple-content-disclaimer
This is triggered by specified menu items so it is much more controllable. Setting Cookie Length to zero means it is triggered every time.
